Stretch hood foil is processed on a special Stretch hood machine. The principle consists in creating a "cap" from the stretch hood of the foil, stretching it and putting it on a pallet, and then shrinking the foil. The Stretch Hood can be treated with UV stabilization, in various colors, printed.

An advantage over the palletizing bag is the saving in material thickness, heat energy savings, better product fixation and transport safety (packing including the pallet), saving of human resources when packed, all automated, increased hourly capacity of the wrapper.
